In Eldersfield 

Performances and Film, 2011 -2016

Alex was part of the collective Kings of England whith whom he created In Eldersfield. The proejct was a collaborative series of performacnes and films which he devised and performed in. 

In Eldersfield explored lost histories and unsayable things, looking at the twentieth century from the vantage point of the 21th century. 

In Eldersfield, Chapter 1 - Elegy to Paul Dirac was a live performance, presented as part of the SPILL Festival 2011 in The Pit at the Barbican, London.

In Eldersfield, Chapter 2 - Monument to Charlie Chaplin was a 16mm film about the National Picture Theatre in Hull, UK. The film toured the UK in 2015/16.
